KAP allows for real-time reflection during the ketamine experience to enhance growth and change. When having a low dose ketamine experience, the patient can be present but can also be in a softer mindset and bring their emotional walls down. This enables the patient to become open to discussing emotions and/or trauma. KAP is inner-directed, meaning the therapeutic content and the direction of the session is informed primarily by the participant and their inner healing intelligence. It’s a non-directive therapy approach.

Preparation Session for Setting Intentions and Grounding Mindset

In this guided preparation session, we will create a supportive space to align your intentions and enter a calm, centered state of mind before your ketamine journey. Using a combination of powerful modalities, we will cultivate presence, clarity, and connection.

*Sananga Drops: We begin with Sananga, a traditional plant medicine known to cleanse and balance energies, sharpen focus, and open intuitive channels. The drops are applied gently to the eyes, encouraging a release of emotional or energetic blockages and fostering clarity.

*Liquid Hapé: Next, we work with liquid Hapé, a gentle form of the sacred Amazonian snuff. This medicine will ground you, balance your energies, and open your heart to deeper self-awareness. It invites a sense of peace and alignment as you prepare for your inner exploration.

*Breathwork: Either in conjunction with Sananga and Hapé or on it's own, we use intentional breathwork techniques to center your mind, relax your body, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This practice will deepen your connection to your intentions, calm any nervousness, and help you enter a state of receptivity and trust.

Through reflective conversation and optional chakra-aligning tuning forks for in-person appointments, we will support your system in harmonizing and anchoring the experience.

The tuning forks, if chosen, are used to balance and align your energy centers, promoting clarity, emotional release, and energetic harmony. This session is designed to help you integrate the journey’s lessons, reconnect with yourself, and step forward with intention and ease.
